About this course
Practical approaches to employee health and wellbeing at work, covering stress and burnout, mental health, fatigue, financial wellness, healthy lifestyle habits and work-life balance. Delegates look at how workload, management style and workplace culture affect wellbeing, and at simple actions managers and employees can take. Referral routes to employee assistance and health services are also covered.
Why this course
Stress, burnout and preventable illness cost employers through sick leave, presenteeism and staff turnover. Many line managers notice warning signs but do not know how to respond or where to refer. - Propose low-cost wellness actions for a team or department
